Earlier in the week, a 13-year-old Reds fan, Brock Johnson — or B-Rock — had the opportunity to meet his favorite baseball player, Brandon Phillips, courtesy of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. B-Rock has suffered from an unnamed autoimmune disease his entire life. Next month, he’s headed to National Institute of Health in Maryland for a rare type of bone-marrow transplant.
B-Rock spent Friday at the Great American Ballpark, with the hopes of meeting all of the Reds players in person. Well, B-Rock’s wish was granted, and the Reds players were happy to be a part of it. B-Rock has asked that people pray for him as he heads to Maryland for this unprecedented procedure.

On of my favorite parts of the day was that my hero asked ME to sign an autograph for HIM! Thanks so much @DatDudeBP pic.twitter.com/uE1mP30rYU
