Casual Reds fans had an easy offseason. There wasn’t much to keep up on, much to the dismay of many of Cincinnati’s more hardcore fans.
Luckily, spring training has come to rescue the bored and sometimes disenchanted fans clamoring for their baseball fix. It can be hard even for us to keep up with everything that’s happening in Reds Country, so we decided to highlight this weekend’s coverage and save you some sifting.
Last, but not least are the selfies. They’re not quite like what you see on Facebook, these are done professionally. The Enquirer’s Gary Landers and Glenn Hartlong set up a photoshoot where Reds players could remotely snap their own photo. We’ll be honest, some were more creative than others, but we have to tip our hats to everyone who took one (in some cases, two).
